Abstract
The article focuses on the extent of the criminalization of the criminal responsibility of legal persons and conditions of the imputability, or exoneration or acquittal of legal persons, where it compares newly established Slovak legislature of this issue with Czech experience and findings concerning listed institutes of criminal responsibility of legal persons.
