Abstract
Relevant topics were elaborated on the legislative intention, which should create legal rules for safe movement and stay of visitors in the mountains in summer and winter period in connection with the Government Declaration of June 2018, in cooperation with IUSKI - Institute of Skiing right. With regard to the specialization of the processor, the safety of movement in the mountains was primarily addressed in winter, to address the safety of visitors to mountain areas in the summer, it can generally be said that this solution should mainly concern typical activities carried out in the mountain environment in summer. based on current needs, reflecting trends in accidents, which are properly monitored by the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.
