Abstract
The article deals with the overall situation of safety in ski resorts in the Czech Republic, setting the legal liability, provides an overview of the relevant case law, also deals with the nature of the so-called skipass contract, liability of skiers, ski resort operator, ski transport equipment, organizer of ski training, races or other events in the ski areas. The paper concludes with a reflection on the possible form of future legislation in the sense of de lege ferenda.
