Abstrakt
The book is a completely reworked new edition, it offers a detailed and comprehensive overview of private international law in the Czech Republic, with emphasis on the new Czech PIL Act effective as of 2014, relevant EU law and international conventions. In addition, the authors analyse related issues of Czech civil substantive law, including civil procedure.
