Nuclear law and legal futurism. Future nuclear technologies and their legal framework

Abstract

Publication deals with the issues of nuclear law from perspective of legal futurism. It analyses further developments of peacefull uses of nuclear energy from the perspective of prospective developments of existing and in future awaited technologies.

Attention is primary paid to technologies at the end of nuclear fuel cycle.
