Endovascular fenestration of aortic dissection membrane after failed opan total aortic arch replacement

Abstract

We present a case of a patient with acute disection of the ascending aorta, who underwen surgical intervention with total aroti arch replacement, which resulted in multiple organ failure and we inform about possibility of endovascular fenestration by means of peripherare-entry catheter.
