Abstract
An interesting case report of a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1. In this patient several severe vasculopathies occurred: rupture of the intrathoracic vessel with life threatening hemothorax (even twice) and formation of dissecting pseudoaneurysm consequently on both carotid arteries (treated endovascularly with a stent).
