This paper aims to introduce the effective reflection and evaluation of pupil's learning in order to absorb the subject matter. This contribution outlines the strategies helping teachers who want to influence pupils' learning and support them to keep the subject matter in their minds.

The three-phase model E-R-R is discussed with the didactic cycle G-M-I-A-R-E. Certain contemplation emerged from demands and needs that pedagogical students experience during their training of the correct use of reflection, within the course Activating teaching methods and forms in science education.
