Abstrakt
This SW focuses on the partial displacement/modification of the shape of polylines according to a given barrier representing a constraint. During this operation, some vertices of the source polylines are shifted, new vertices are crested so that the polyline changes its course, direction and shape naturally, without unwanted jumps or gaps that require manual corrections.
This software, represents a practical output of the new algorithm proposed by the author. Currently, this method outperforms current solution due to its versatibility, quality of the cartographic outputs and variability of input parameters
