Abstract
Miroslav Čábelka's contribution Georeferencing old maps dealt with the possibility of making digitised old maps available using the results of TEMAP project, which in 2011-2015 dealt with the ways to process and make available insufficiently registred and presented map collections. It is an online placement of old maps on current foundation maps, which is based on Georeferencer technology.
Institutions can also thanks to it obtain (in addition to easy access) new metadata for their maps, while deepening their relationship with the users.
