Abstract
Physician s and pregnant women concern the therapy during pregnancy. They need information which is communicated by app r opriate way.
Teratology Information Service (TIS) may help with the problem. The second task for TIS is to collect data and contribute to knowledge about the drug embryotoxicity.
The article specifies t y pe of information given to physicians and patients. Majority of queries is focusing on acute infection diseases and their antibiotic treatment and on treatment with psychotropic drugs.
We present three case reports from our database. All of them have been exposed to large amount of drugs.
Recommendation s for follow up are added and pregnancy outcome are given too.
