Criminal security detention as ultima ratio of system of criminal sanction

Abstract

The chapter deals with the current legislation on criminal security detention and with the approach of legal practice to the use of this institute of czech criinal law. On thebasis of the development of german legislation it draws attention to the risk associated with widening of the legal conditions of its application.
