This monograph entitled Sanctions under Criminal Law follows on previous monographs in which authors, experts in the field of criminal law from the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, address important issues of criminal law and criminal proceedings. In this monograph, the focus is on sanctions in criminal law.
