Selected aspects of protection of agricultural land resources from the legal point of view

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is not to provide comprehensive analysis of protection of agricultural land, but to question the general overview of legal regulation under Czech and European law. The paper explores the qualitative and quantitative aspects of land protection focusing on the issue of erosion and soil sealing (de lege ferenda).

Significant part of the paper are the suggestions and ideas de lege ferenda.
