Abstract
The paper deals with selected aspects of nature and landscape protection in the context location of road construction. In particular, it focuses on the issue protection of specially protected areas and sites in the NATURA 2000 network and on the protection of specially protected animal and plant species, taking closer devotes in particular to the necessary administrative acts issued in this context, their importance and possibilities for their review.
Marginally, too issues of consideration and assessment of different variants of the project.
