Abstrakt
The 8th annual doctoral academic international conference organized by the postgraduate students from the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague The main topic of the conference was the concept of duty and liability in business law. Contribution regarding the regulation of directors, shadow directors, corporate groups as well as tax law and compliance law were delivered.
