The Borderlines of Tort Law in the Czech Republic

Abstract

The New Czech Civil Code provides for tort and contractual liability the same regime. However, contractual liability is the strict liability, delictual (tort liability) is the liability for fault liability.

Also in the Czech law the non cummul rule applies.
