Abstract
The contrubution deals with the new instrument introduced by Directive 2014/104 / EU on claims for damages caused by infringement of competition law. Given the asymmetry in information, but often in economic power, it is often difficult to recover damages for damage.
The Directive seeks to solve this problem and one of the tools is the presumption of damage, but it also has its pitfalls, which the contribution also addresses.
