Seminar organised in cooperation with the Technical University of Dresden. It focused on current issues of patent enforcement in civil proceedings before US, German and Czech civil courts.
The lectures dealt with injunctions before US and German courts, practical aspects of Enforcement Directive Application in the Czech Republic and on intensity of judicial review in the Czech patent cases
