Abstract
The chapter examines the question of continuity of the exorcation Amoris laetitia from the point of view of continuity of the Magisterium of the Church. The author draws on the example of the Declaration on Religious Freedom Dignitatis humanae II Vat.
Council. Furthermore, the author points out the elements of necessary continuity in the exhortation of Pope Francis, as well as new elements that further develop the Tradition and seek answers to new problems.
In conclusion, the author proposes to extend the theological reflection based on Amoris laetitia, which would address the effects of baptismal grace in people who before the baptism lived in unions that are illegitimate from the canon law point of view.
