Abstract
In the chapter entitled Procedural Submission in the Civil Procedure Doctrine, the author first generally dealt with procedural acts, then procedural submission, its definition, form and content of procedural submission, as well as defects and possibilities of their remedy. In conclusion, the author considered the legal effects of procedural submission and summarized the results of his research in this field.
