Abstract

Collective monograph. It analyzes the importance and form of the festivities of 15 migrant groups from 10 ethnic diasporas living in the Czech Republic (English speaking expats, Bulgarians, Belarusians, Russians, Armenians, citizens of the State of Israel, Syrians, Chinese, Vietnamese and Roma).

It is based on research results from 2012-2017. The analysis retained the author's authenticity.

The intention is to show possible (different) views on the festivities of migrants in the host country. The last chapter summarizes the findings.
