Complete remission during FOLFIRI + aflibercept (Zaltrap) treatment in patient with liver and lung metastasis from colorectal cancer

Abstract

Case report describes a case of patient with metastatic colorectal carcinoma, presenting with liver and lung metastases. Complete remission of liver and lung metastases was achieved with use of 2nd line palliative systemic treatment (FOLFIRI + aflibercept) two years from initiation of palliative treatment.
