Cryptoassets: current regulatory trends

Abstract

The purpose of this chapter is to characterize and characterize regulatory tendencies in relation to the existing EU regulatory framework for the financial sector, with the principles of the European Union's internal market. In this respect, the requested chapter is an introduction to no in-depth answer to the announcement of the three fundamental research questions.

First, if at all, is it not possible to apply cryptoactive regulation and services available with cryptoactives that have the most effective possible protection for consumers / investors? Secondly, which potential risk circumstances can expect these goals to threaten? Finally, thirdly, they concern the different approaches to regulatory measures that allow access to a level playing field in the context of the European Union, respectively. The European Economic Area and thus protect the basic principles of the internal market?
