Antiplatelet therapy in patients with chronic anticoagulant therapy

Abstract

The authors present current state of the art and valid recommendations for antithrombotic treatment of patients who are indicated for long-term anticoagulant therapy and (after coronary intervention) also for dual antiplatelet therapy. The paper offers the reccomendations of estimating the risk of both ischemic and bleeding complications in these patients.
