Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease affecting the central nervous system. Multiple sclerosis remains an incurable disease.
Current treatment, especially when used early in the disease, can slow the progression of the disease and thus delay the patient's disability. Since one of the basic goals of treatmnet is to maintain functional independence and maintain the patient's qualitiy of life, great emphasis is placed on the selection of an adequate medicinal product.
The publication deals with the aim of treatment of multiple sclerosis, clinical and paraclinic parameters and their relationship to disabilitiy.
