Tandem teaching of beginner and experienced teacher at higher education

Abstract

The paper aims to present partial results of realised research of pair teaching in university teaching of personal and social education for future teachers. The article points out the benefits, but especially the risks associated with the paired teaching of beginning and university teachers in the mentoring relationship.
