Is liquidator, legal person's guardian and de facto director obliged to duty of loyalty and duty of care?

Abstract

The contribution deals with the question if the duty of loyalty and the duty of care apply to liquidator, legal person's guardian and de facto director and, as the case may be, are these duties modified to some extent. Special attention is devoted to differentiation between de facto director and shadow director.
