Abstract
The concept of specific therapy, dedicated to those sex offenders who have been diagnosed as parafilically motivated. The aim is to gain insight into sexual deviation in the patient.
Therapy is a complex of psychotherapy, social therapy and sexual depression by administering psychopharmaceuticals, antiandrogens, or gonadoliberin analogues. Inpatient treatment is provided by sexological departments of psychiatric hospitals, outpatient treatment is provided by outpatient psychiatric and sexological workplaces
