Abstract
The aim of the presented commentary processing of the provisions of the Act on the Execution of the Mandatory Labor Penalty is to comprehensively and interdisciplinarily elaborate on the possibilities of using this kind of alternative punishment - the punishment of compulsory labor. At the same time, the authors present a brief excursion to the Czech criminal law.
