Electronic Collection of Laws in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic

Publication at Faculty of Law |
2019

Abstract

Legislation and related issues remain relevant and often of expert interest. In the paper, the author first briefly discusses the history of legal regulations on the proclamation of legal acts since the establishment of the independent Czechoslovak state.

In the following sections, the basic features of the current legislation are discussed first in the Slovak Republic (here the legislation has been effective for a few years) and then in the Czech Republic (the amendment has not yet entered into force). However, the author, confines himself to issues of proclamation of legislation, leaving other acts published in the collections aside.
