Abstract

The volume Language and Style in the Work of Alma M. Karlin provides research findings on the linguistic and stylistic as well as some others specific features of literary heritage of the German-Slovene women writer and traveller Alma Karlin (1889-1950).The study by Jensterle Doležal deals with the construction of the female identity and the style of writing in the novel Windlichter des Todes (Tender Light of the Death).
