Protection of employment relationship of pregnant employees and employees looking after children against termination of employment by the employer

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of protection of employment relationship of pregnant employees as well as employees looking after children against termination of employment by the employer. The aim of the article is to analyse the legal regulation focusing on the protection of employment relationship of pregnant employees and employees looking after children against notice of dismissal and instant termination of employment by the employer.
