Abstract
A lecture given at the XVI International Scientific Conference Hradec Králové Social Work Days under the title Social Inclusion in the Context of Social Work held on 12 and 13 September 2019 at the University of Hradec Králové. The presentation maps the development of one West Bohemian excluded locality through the content of strategic plans developed in the first decade of the 21st century in a public benefit company that has been active in the locality for a long time.
Among other things, it captures the impact of changes in the life of the monitored excluded locality due to the adoption of the Social Services Act and the related introduction of a new method of financing. The content analysis of the strategies is complemented by the analysis of annual reports and the outputs of the analyzes prepared in the individual cycles of strategic planning.
