MECHANICAL AND THERMAL PROPERTIES IN HOT ROLLED Al-Zn-Mg-Cu(-Sc-Zr) ALLOYS

Abstract

Mechanical and thermal properties of hot rolled Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-(Sc-Zr) alloy during the non-linear annealing was studied. In the alloy with Sc,Zr addition the finer grains were observed and higher microhardness values were measured.
