Abstract
Workshop took place 18.10. 2019 on XI. National Conference of Palliative Medicine in Olomouc.
It was part of the project Support palliative care - increasing the availability of health services in the field of palliative care in acute and aftercare hospitals. This project is implemented by the Ministry of Health.
The aim of the workshop was to unify the approach to reporting palliative care in hospitals, to facilitate the exchange of experience between individual hospital teams and to contribute to solving current problems of individual hospital teams.
