Abstract
Two workshops organized for participants in Specialization Education Organization and Management in Health Care. The first focused on the personal development planning of the participant took place on 18.11., The second focused on the theme of organizational change management took place on 17.12.2019.
Both workshops were held in Prague and organized by the Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education.
