Abstract
The text maps methodologically the possibilities and opportunities that the proces of community planning can offer to seniors and their families. The chapter presents in detail the method of community planning and describes the relevant instruments.
It also conseders the role that seniors may play in the probcesss itself - their participation based on differenc requirements in different regions can enhance the quality of services and improve the network performance.
