Abstract
The chapter deals with legislative framework of providing social services in Czech republic (Social Service Act). The Act defines not only different social services and amount of providing but also the process through which specific services are addresed to specific persons.
The text describe importance of protectiong the clients'rights, individually approaching each client and so on.
