Abstrakt
An effect of acetyl-leucin was studied in Lurcher mutant mice. These mice represent a natural model of hereditary cerebellar degeneration manifested by cerebellar ataxia and behavioural and cognitive disturbances.
A small group of SCA1 mice was also tested. SCA1 mice are a model of human spinocerebellar ataxia type 1.
