Abstract
The paper deals with time management in a broader context with the links of work-life balance or life management. These topics are examined by education staff through the results of the studies and the survey itself.
Attention is focused on the relationship between teachers' time management techniques and their performance, on workload, leisure and satisfaction with balancing personal and working life.
