The 21st century is a time of rapid development of modern technologies. Many new methods have been applied in archeology, development can be observed not only in the application of natural science analyzes, boom has also occurred in use information technology.
Zuzana Mírová did in 2017 after almost a century of research revision of the Hallstatt Magnate graves Brno-Holásky 1 and 2 (H1 and H2). She tried to fitin the wider context of one of the richest Ha C2 graves of Hallstatt Period in the Czech Republic, culturally belonging to Eastern Hallstatt Culture.
Although the two graves were cited many times, their meaning was never completely recognized and a lot of questions were hanging over the Brno-Holásky. Thanks to almost detective work with materials and original documentation have created not only new drawings and photographic tables with complete inventory or supplemented and corected plans, but also graphic visualizations and 3D reconstruction in cooperation with an expert on archaeological reconstruction - Igor Furugláš.
The contribution brings the procedure creation of 3D reconstructions Brno-Holásky 1 and 2 both from the point of view of the software and the analogies used. Reconstructions are included in the context of the reconstructional archeology of the Hallstalt Period in Moravia.
As such, they are undoubtedly not only an attractive presentation for the public but also a suitable basis for a scientific discussion over the current level of interpretation.
