Populism and law, populism in law: intersections, clashes, missing each other

Abstract

The chapter of the book deals with possible relations between law and populism. At first it deals with populism as a political style, then it deals with the position of law in a populist perspective and concludes with an appeal for possible measures to allow populist criticism to be incorporated into the system of liberal democracy.
