Abstract
The study deals with the Palacky's concept of histo-ry of the Czech nation in relation to his Aethetics. Palackys concept was formed at the beginnig of the 19. century and was influenced by discussions between Enlightenment and Romanticism.
His concept had not only the teoreretical but also cultural, moral and political meaning. Palacky concieved humanistic and democratic account of politics founded on the idea of "Godness", theological and aesthetical concept ensuring harmonic and teleological outcome of the Czech and universal history of Mankind in harmony and universal consent.
On the fundamental meaning of the Palacky's concept also poited out Masaryk in his philosophy and applied it in his concept of real politics and theory of education.
