Abstract

The paper reports on the results of the burnout research of teachers. It monitors communication with parents of teachers who are at risk of burnout and teachers who are relatively satisfied in their profession.

The differences between teachers can serve as a diagnostic tool. At the same time, differences between teachers do not serve as their assessment, but as a possibility of solution, change, development.
