Abstract
Summary of the document prepared by the Czech Society of Cardiology, Czech Interventional Cardiology Association, Czech Socienty for Cardiovascular Surgery of CLS JEP. The authors prepared a simplified and somewhat shortened version of guidelines for myocardial revascularization.
In the individual chapters the question of diagnostics, pharmacoligical teratment, issue of interventional cathetrization treatment and surgical treatment are discussed. Special attention is given to treatment of acute myocardial infarction, cardiac failure, renal failure.
Chapters are alsou focused on recurrent revascularization and patients with associated valvular disease and others.
