Abstract
The chapter introduces some general properties of quadrilaterals related to their diagonals, areas and to the existence of an inscribed and circumscribed circles. When researching properties of quadrilaterals, we can use GeoGebra software because its interactive tools can contribute to the discovering of hypotheses on properties of quadrilaterals in mathematics education at upper secondary schools.
