Abstract

The trends presented in this article are the outcome of an analysis of blogs, articles and news in primarily online, marginalized and printed media. It is not a regular research, but an assessment of the most recurrent trends in the media.

This approach is enriched by the author's own experience of consulting with various companies. It focuses on trends such as personalization, customization, hybrid learning, agility in education, learning experience, learning analytics, chatbots, augmented and virtual reality and their use in adult education.
