Abstract
The intro of this chapter handles the legislative aspects of the individual educational plan (IVP), when to dispose it and what should be involved in it. It is also mentioned how to set the IVP, how to avoid common mistakes and how to deal with the difficulties and risks while elaborating the IVP.
It also names the rules for effective IVP writing, gives us the recommended structure and works out the summary of each part provided by law. There are 4 examples of the IVP attached.
