Abstract

The case report describes the diagnostics process of a severe pulmonary hypertension (PH) detecting chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension that gradually led to a severe right heart failure requiring hospitalization in ICU and initiation of inotropic support. It documents therapeutic options in this type of PH and a need of cooperation with a specialized centre for pulmonary hypertension
